The only way to truly inspect BGAs and QFNs. Even metal topped components or parts with heat sinks attached can be inspected effectively.

Assure drill offset is correct

Although the XRI-1 has a small footprint it is able to accommodate large panels. Going to the center of 24" panels and accepting panels of unlimited width.

COMPONENT AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION

Make sure the parts are real
Check for internal component damage

Sensitive enough to see the component die and bond wires of the device to ensure the part is genuine or not damaged.

PCB REPAIR

Guarantee trace removal or additions are correct
Spot other potential problems

The adjustable kV & mA allow a clear view of thin trace repair without overpowering and losing clarity.

100% QA inspection of entire device

Samples up to 1.5" can pass right through. Larger devices can be placed inside through the safety interlocked leaded acrylic door.
